Bhagyashree is Senior Manager in Secretarial Compliance Division and is member of Institute ofBhagyashree is having significant exposure in Corporate Laws covering wide range of areas including Corporate restructuring, strategical acquisition, capital re-organization, winding up, fast track exit scheme, conversion of Companies into LLP or vice versa. She holds expertise in handling matters relating to securities allocation by way of right issue, private placement and preferential allotment. She handles RBI/FEMA compliance matters including liasioning with RBI/FIPB, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry Electronics and Information Technology and Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She is also having expertise in obtaining various licenses and in obtaining various Trade Mark for the clients. She is actively involved in advising the clients or their lawyers/Bankers with respect to Corporate Secretarial and legal matters including drafting of various search reports, compliance reports, agreements, deeds and MoU’s.
