Satyen heads our Audit Division and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ofHe has experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit. He has been exposed to audits of large listed manufacturing companies and is actively involved in IFRS audit. He is also exposed to audits in ERP (SAP) environment. Apart from the above areas, he has good exposure in implementation of Internal Financial Control Over Financial Reporting and formulation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Satyendra focus has been on Statutory and IFRS audit and his work ethics and commitment has been well accepted by clients all across. He has also handled some of International Assignments.
