Sanjay Bejwani
Sanjay joined VKA in 2005, and became a Partner in April 2009.Sanjay is an avid reader and a keen follower of the Regulatory requirements of the country. He has successfully completed numerous audits of large and medium size companies under both statutory and GAAP accounting rules. He has significant experience in advising clients on the matters ranging from entry strategy, business and transaction structures, mergers and acquisitions, other business reorganizations. He has advised clients on a variety of complex transactions which involve issues relating to the establishment, expansion, restructuring of businesses in India.
Besides providing advisory services, he has a considerable experience in audit and accounts, carries wide experience in reviewing and analyzing existing systems and procedures and setting up appropriate internal control procedures for manufacturing, trading and service companies. With years of experience, he has developed considerable expertise encompassing Indian GAAP, US GAAP, accounting, auditing, business forecasting, international operations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, management consulting, and quality control.
He is responsible for managing the operations of the office, which involves supervising staff and enhancing operating efficiencies for the office. He is currently in charge of our Audit and Assurance and Management Consultancy activities. Mr Bejwani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1999.
