Shweta Khara
Shweta Khara joined the firm in 1998 and became a Partner in January 2000.An enterprising professional, who has been at the helm of her profession. She provides advisory services on specific issues ranging from FEMA, Company Law matters, GST issues to clients from a wide range of industries including manufacturing & distribution, information technology, apparel & textile, and entertainment. She has assisted many clients in mergers and acquisitions and audit and assurance activities including statutory, tax and special purpose audits. Her clients range from aggressive growing companies to well-established companies.
In addition to her responsibility for a broad range of clients, she is also the partner responsible for staff matters, and takes a particular interest in the professional education of the firm's trainees. She is responsible for the firm’s people strategy, including recruiting, performance management and creating a learning environment. Her vision is an organization that inspires loyalty.
Shweta Khara is an expert on matters related to start-ups.
She currently leads our Audit and Assurance and Management Consultancy activities. Ms. Khara is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1998.
